Before Stabilization
These are what the basement walls looked like before our team stabilized them. The shelves along these walls could become compromsied over time due to the walls not being stable. Of course the shelves had to be moved so our team could work.
Concrete Removal
Parts of the concrete slab was removed in order to install the PowerBrace Foundation Wall Repair System properly.
Stabilization Begins
These zinc plated steel beams are carefully and custom fit to the height of the basement walls to ensure that they are secured nice and snug against them. The brackets help attach them to the basement floors and floor joists as well.
Trustworthy and Strong
These steel I-beams are made to permanently stabilize the foundation and can be adjusted in an attempt to raise the wall back to its original position. Unlike wood, these supports will not rot away or grow mold.
Concrete Restored
Now the concrete that was removed has been restored and the PowerBraces are fully functional. Now these walls will no longer continue to bow or crack.
