A homeowner in Wawarsing, NY needed their old sump pump replaced with a state-of-the-art system that they could rely on and never have to fret over.

After installing the TripleSafe Sump Pump System, this homeowner knew their basement would stay flood free and that they no longer had to worry about their old pump wreaking havoc. 

Our team transformed this dirt crawl space out in Goshen, NY that was filled with debris, had a moisture problem, and was allowing air to come into the home. We used our CleanSpace Encapsulation System to form a seal over the dirt floor and prevent moisture and water vapor from passing through. Our drainage matting was placed underneath to enhance the durability and longevity of the highly durable encapsulation system. Finally, we insulated the crawl space using our SilverGlo panels and by putting orange foam insulation around the rim joists. This prevents air leaks from happening and allows the crawl space to stay warm. Once our team was done, this crawl space became a dry and healthy environment sealed off from the elements!

Our foreman Omar replaced this homeowner’s faulty sump pump with our TripleSafe Sump Pump System. Unlike the old sump pump, this system is equipped to handle large volumes of water and the battery backup system attached will keep everything running smoothly in the event of a tripped circuit or power failure. It also has an airtight lid, which means water will not leak out or evaporate back into the basement environment. The walls were also covered with our BrightWall panels. These rigid plastic sheets help create a vapor barrier over the walls that prevent water from passing through. Now this basement has reliable systems in place to help keep it dry!

This homeowner's garage was letting water into their basement. Our team knew the perfect solution. We installed our TrenchDrain grated drainage pipe system right along the edge of their garage doors. The TrenchDrain looks just like a basement drainage pipe except it has a grated opening on the top. Any water that passes through the garage door and over this grate is then collected and redirected to the sump pump system. The lid is also removable, so if any dirt or leaves were to get inside and clog the system, it could easily be taken care of. The grate is also flush with or inserted just below the floor, so there is no possibility of a tripping hazard. 

This is truly the best solution when water is coming in through an entryway such as a garage door. After this was installed, this homeowner no longer had to worry about any water leaking into their basement or coming in through the garage. 

Our company transformed this crawl space by using our CleanSpace Encapsulation System to seal it off from the earth and keep moisture from getting inside. To prevent air leaks and cold drafts, we used our SilverGlo insulation panels on the walls and sealed the rim joists with foam insulation. On the floor we used our TerraBlock foam insulation as well, which is flexible and helps keep the crawl space warm too. Now this crawl space will be dry, healthy, and warm for years to come!
