The Basement Transformer Before & After Photos

Our team worked hard to transform this crawl space from a cold, dirt filled pit to a warm and dry space. Foamax panels were placed on the walls of the crawl space to help reduce condensation and to provide protection against moisture. These panels are made of polyisocyanurate foam and have a foil vapor barrier on the backside. We also placed our TerraBlock foam insulation over the floor, which is flexible and helps keep the crawl space floor feeling comfortable instead of cold. Finally, we sealed the crawl space off with our waterproof liner known as the CleanSpace Encapsulation System. 

We protected this crawl space in Warwick, NY from water seepage using our CleanSpace Encapsulation System. This extremely durable 20-mil reinforced polymer liner prevents water vapor from passing through the walls or the ground and making its way into the crawl space. It also aids in the prevention of mold growth, wood rot, and pesky intruders such as rodents or insects. Now water can no longer wreak havoc on this crawl space.

A homeowner located in Warwick, NY was having water issues inside of their basement. A little bit of water would end up in front portion of the basement, but most of the water was coming in through the back portion of the basement. The DryTrak System is specifically designed for monolithic foundations where the foundation and footing are poured as a single piece, such as the one found in this home. This system is installed over the top of the floor, using an epoxy, so that the need for jackhammering through a thick concrete slab is eliminated. The slight opening at the top of DryTrak allows the water leaking through the walls to be collected and drained into your sump pump system.

The BrightWall Panels were added behind the DryTrak System to prevent water from pouring over the top, and to help direct water seeping through the walls into the system. BrightWall is completely waterproof and creates a vapor barrier on your walls which blocks out water vapor and humidity.

Once these products were installed, this homeowner no longer had to worry about water intrusion. 

A crawl space in Warwick, NY needed a complete and total makeover. We removed all the dirt and debris inside this crawl space and transformed it into a dry and healthy environment. We stopped the floor above this basement from sagging using our SmartJack System paired with several SmartBeams for the ultimate support. SmartJacks are made of galvanized steel and can support loads up to 60,000 pounds or more. Unlike wooden posts, these will not rot or erode away over time. They can even be adjusted at any time should the home require it. Now this homeowner has peace of mind knowing that there is a permanent solution in place to support their floor!
