Our CleanSpace Encapsulation System is the perfect solution for sealing off crawl spaces from the earth. This 20-mil reinforced polymer liner acts as a vapor barrier and prevents water vapor from coming up through the floor and into the crawl space. It is made with multiple layers of plastic, is resistant to tearing, is super durable, and does not support mold growth. The drainage matting gets placed underneath, enhancing the durability and longevity of the CleanSpace Encapsulation System. It too helps to form a seal over a leaking crawl space floor such as this one. 

The SilverGlo insulation helps to stop air leaks from happening and cannot be damaged by moisture. Unlike fiberglass, this rigid foam insulation will not absorb water and fall apart either.
