This crawl space needed to be sealed off from the earth and transformed into a dry environment with no air leaks. Our team stepped in to fix it by using our CleanSpace Encapsulation System and our SilverGlo insulated panels. The CleanSpace Encapsulation system is extremely durable, does not support mold growth, and prevents water vapor and moisture from passing through. The SilverGlo panels feature rigid foam insulation that stop air leaks and cannot be damaged by moisture. Now this crawl space is protected from the elements! 

Our team made sure that any water coming through these basement walls would be handled accordingly. For this homeowner, we installed our interior drainage system known as the WaterGuard System around the perimeter of the basement, and our BrightWall Basement Wall Panels behind it. The WaterGuard System collects any water seeping through the walls thanks to its built-in wall flange. The BrightWall Basement Wall Panels are completely waterproof and help direct any water into the WaterGuard System itself. There was water coming up through the middle and the perimeter of the porous concrete floor, but thanks to the TripleSafe that nightmare would end. This impressive and one-of-a-kind system is capable of discharging thousands of gallons of water thanks to its cast-iron Zoller horsepower sump pumps. The primary pump set at 1/3 horsepower can discharge up to 2,220 gallons of water, while the secondary pump set at 1/2 horsepower can discharge up to 3,900 additional gallons. Even if you experience a tripped circuit or a power outage, the UltraSump battery backup sump pump will still stop a flood in its tracks. When set at the highest level, this device can discharge up to 11,500 gallons or more of water! We made sure to install the entire system in this homeowner’s basement to prevent water from entering and damaging the area. The concrete floor was also restored after the installation of the sump pump was complete. Once our crew was done, the homeowner knew they could move and sell their home with no issues.
