A homeowner wanted to protect their basement from flooding so they contacted us to see how we could help them. When the rain came, the basement was having water issues. This patented system features two cast iron Zoeller horsepower pumps that can discharge thousands of gallons of water from your home. Our production crew installed this sump pump system by running the discharge line partially underground inside the basement and leading to the outside of the house. This would ensure any water coming into the basement would be transported out and away from the foundation. The WaterGuard System was installed above the foundation footing and just below the floor slab along the perimeter of the basement. Together these products work together to combat leaky basement walls. The CleanSpace Wall System is a vapor barrier designed to prevent moisture from passing through the walls and helps direct any water into the WaterGuard System itself. The WaterGuard System can collect any water seeping through the wall thanks to its built-in wall flange. Now the homeowner can relax knowing they have a system in place to take care of these leaky walls.
