Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

A homeowner located in Warwick, NY was having water issues inside of their basement. A little bit of water would end up in front portion of the basement, but most of the water was coming in through the back portion of the basement. They contacted our team to see how we could help solve this problem. Upon conducting an inspection of the basement, our specialist determined that our DryTrak System paired with our BrightWall Panels needed to be installed.

The DryTrak System is specifically designed for monolithic foundations where the foundation and footing are poured as a single piece, such as the one found in this home. This system is installed over the top of the floor, using an epoxy, so that the need for jackhammering through a thick concrete slab is eliminated. The slight opening at the top of DryTrak allows the water leaking through the walls to be collected and drained into your sump pump system.

The BrightWall Panels were added behind the DryTrak System to prevent water from pouring over the top, and to help direct water seeping through the walls into the system. BrightWall is completely waterproof and creates a vapor barrier on your walls which blocks out water vapor and humidity.

Once these products were installed, this homeowner no longer had to worry about water intrusion. 

A homeowner in Pine Bush, NY needed our services because water kept making its way through the foundation walls and into the basement. Our team installed our WaterGuard System along the perimeter of the basement floor as well as a strip of our CleanSpace Wall System. Together these products work as a team to keep water from seeping through the walls. The WaterGuard System is an interior drainage system that collects water thanks to its built-in wall flange, and the CleanSpace Wall System is a super durable vapor barrier that helps funnel any water into the WaterGuard System itself.

It rests on top of your foundation footing, so it’s out of the mud zone and does not get clogged. The concrete slab that gets removed during the process is restored in the end and the drainage system is barely noticeable. 

This old sump pump inside this crawl space in Greenwood Lake, NY needed to be replaced and fast. Water was pooling onto the floor of this dirt crawl space and the areas surrounding the old sump pump. It was a nasty and muddy situation. Our team installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump System to provide the ultimate form of protection against this exact issue. It features a powerful, cast iron Zoeller 1/3 horsepower sump pump as the primary pump, along with 2 back-up pumps in case of failure or a power outage. With this sump pump system installed, water will be directed away from the crawl space and out of the home. Flooding is now an issue of the past! 

We waterproofed a leaky basement in Campbell Hall, NY by using our CleanSpace Wall System, TripleSafe Sump Pump System, and two of our interior drainage systems.
