Before and after we installed our Cleanspace Wall System along the perimeter walls of this basement and the during process of our production team finishing up the installation of our WaterGuard and TripleSafe sump pump system. 

A homeowner in Middletown, NY spotted groundwater coming into his basement because of a crack in the foundation wall. He plans on living in this house for at least 20 years and wants to finish his basement someday. To help make that a possibility and to protect the integrity of his home, our team member repaired it for him using our FlexiSpan Wall Crack Repair system. It is made of open cell foam and a flexible waterproof sealant. A basement in Middletown, NY had walls that were leaking and letting water into the basement as a result. To put an end to this problem, we installed our interior drainage system known as the WaterGuard System. It is designed to collect any water that seeps through your basement walls using its built-in wall flange that extends up the wall at 3/8”. This system gets installed just below the floor slab and on top of the foundation footing to keep it from getting clogged with dirt or debris. After installing the TripleSafe Sump Pump System, this homeowner knew their basement would stay flood free and that they no longer had to worry about their old pump wreaking havoc. 

This homeowner's garage was letting water into their basement. Our team knew the perfect solution. We installed our TrenchDrain grated drainage pipe system right along the edge of their garage doors. The TrenchDrain looks just like a basement drainage pipe except it has a grated opening on the top. Any water that passes through the garage door and over this grate is then collected and redirected to the sump pump system. The lid is also removable, so if any dirt or leaves were to get inside and clog the system, it could easily be taken care of. The grate is also flush with or inserted just below the floor, so there is no possibility of a tripping hazard. 

This is truly the best solution when water is coming in through an entryway such as a garage door. After this was installed, this homeowner no longer had to worry about any water leaking into their basement or coming in through the garage.
