Transforming basements from cautionary tales to comforting sanctuaries is our mission, as showcased in this Englewood Cliffs, NJ, home. Notice in the before photo, the alarming bowing walls and signs of water damage was a clear cry for help. By installing our CleanSpace system overtop of the CarbonArmor wall supports, the after photo reveals a dry, stable, and unwavering foundation poised for years of use. As observed, we not only restore peace of mind but promise durable protection against future threats.
We helped a homeowner in Ellenville, NY stabilize her failing basement wall by installing our CarbonArmor Wall Reinforcing System. These straps are made using carbon fiber-reinforced polymers which makes them ten times stronger in tension than steel. Their fabric-like characteristics allow them to be flexible enough to contour tightly along the wall, and the two-part epoxy used to adhere them creates a super strong bond between the strap and the concrete wall itself. This wall is now stable, and the homeowner does not have to worry about this basement wall shifting anymore!
We stopped the floor above this basement from sagging using our SmartJack System paired with several SmartBeams for the ultimate support. SmartJacks are made of galvanized steel and can support loads up to 60,000 pounds or more. Unlike wooden posts, these will not rot or erode away over time. They can even be adjusted at any time should the home require it. Now this homeowner has peace of mind knowing that there is a permanent solution in place to support their floor!
A homeowner located in New Paltz, NY had a cracked concrete block wall inside of his basement. There was a large horizontal crack running through the middle of the wall, as well as a vertical crack starting from the top. In order to fix this and prevent any more damage from occurring, our foreman Eduardo and his team installed two of our CarbonArmor Wall Reinforcing System straps. These super flexible carbon fiber fabric straps are ten times stronger in tension than steel! We used an extremely strong epoxy resin to bond them to the interior face of the concrete block wall. Now that they are in place, this wall is stabilized and the homeowner does not have to worry about his wall falling apart.
A homeowner in New Paltz, NY had a failing cement block wall that needed to be fixed pronto. Our foreman and his team stepped up to the plate to stabilize this wall and prevent any further damage from occurring by installing three PowerBrace beams. PowerBraces are made of steel and they are easily adjustable. They can even be used to attempt to raise the wall back into its original position. Now this homeowner no longer has to worry about the cracks in their wall getting worse because our PowerBraces saved the day and provided permanent support.
