Our team made sure this basement was fully protected from any incoming water by installing a complete waterproofing system. On the leaky walls, our CleanSpace Wall System was installed to prevent water vapor from passing through. The WaterGuard system was installed along the perimeter of the basement floor to help collect any water seeping through these walls. It then drains the water into the TripleSafe Sump Pump System, which provides the ultimate protection against floods thanks to its two horsepower Zoeller pumps and battery backup system. We replaced this homeowner’s faulty sump pump inside the basement with something a lot more trustworthy and capable of handling large volumes of water. The old one did not have an airtight lid, which meant water could easily spill out and evaporate right back into the air. Our team installed the TripleSafe Sump Pump System to fully protect this basement from floods. It features two cast-iron Zoeller horsepower pumps that can discharge thousands of gallons of water per hour at an 8-foot head. It also has a battery backup system that will turn on in the event of a tripped circuit or power failure. On a fully charged battery and set at the highest level, this battery backup system can pump out up to 11,500 gallons of water or more! It also features an airtight lid, which means any water that goes into it will not leak out. Now this homeowner can relax knowing their basement has a flood defense system in place.  

A homeowner in Saugerties, NY called us to take care of their dirty crawl space that had been giving them issues for 12 years. This crawl space was wreaking havoc and causing the upper portion of the home to have a musty or moldy smell. To eliminate the problem, we encapsulated the crawl space using our CleanSpace Encapsulation System and installed our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier.
