We totally transformed these walls inside a basement located in Wappingers Falls, NY. They were leaking and letting water slowly seep into the basement. We solved this problem by covering the walls with our BrightWall Basement Wall Panels and installing our interior drainage system known as the WaterGuard System. The BrightWall Basement Wall Panels create a vapor barrier on the walls and prevent humidity and water vapor from being able to pass through. These 100% waterproof, rigid plastic panels ensure that the homeowner does not have to worry about mold growth, and they also make the walls look clean and bright!

The WaterGuard System works in conjunction with the BrightWall Basement Panels. The panels help direct any water seeping through the walls into the WaterGuard System. The WaterGuard System collects the water using its built-in wall flange. With both products installed, the homeowner no longer has to worry about their basement walls allowing water to find its way into the basement.

This homeowner had just moved into their new house when they noticed something was visibly wrong with the crawl space. It appeared that an old waterproofing job had been done a long time ago, but it was no longer getting the job done. Moisture was very much an issue inside this area of the house. Our crew started by installing our drainage matting onto the floor before laying down the encapsulation barrier. This drainage matting gives water a way to move around underneath and evaporate on top of the mat if needed. It creates a permanent seal over top of the crawlspace floor, preventing water from coming inside.

The CleanSpace Encapsulation System was then installed on top of the drainage matting. It is a 20-mil reinforced polymer liner that helps to prevent mold growth, rotting wood, and pest infestations. Water intrusion is truly no match for this encapsulation system.  

To keep the air dry & safe, we also installed our amazing SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. It can remove dust mites and mold spores, all while keeping the humidity levels under control. It will even shut off to conserve energy once the desired level of humidity has been reached.

This crawlspace was safe and could withstand moisture with no problems once our crew had completed the job!

After our transformation specialist conducted an inspection of the basement, it was decided that a TripleSafe Sump Pump System should be installed.
