A homeowner in Eldred, NY needed an upgrade on their sump pump system. 

The old one was run down and needed to be replaced. That’s when our team stepped in to help this homeowner. We attached our UltraSump Battery Backup System to our SuperSump Premier basin. The battery backup system is the perfect solution in the event you experience a power outage, and the power for your primary sump pump gets knocked out. The UltraSump Battery Backup System ensures that your sump pump will provide you with continuous protection, regardless of whether you have good or bad weather. This backup system is capable of pumping out up to 12,000 gallons of water with a fully charged battery. After this was installed, this homeowner knew their crawlspace would be protected from any flooding. 

We also included a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to keep dry air circulating throughout the space, ensuring that moisture problems wouldn’t arise in the future. 

A homeowner located in Glen Spey, NY wanted their basement to be protected against flooding. After conducting his inspection, our specialist determined that the best course of action for this homeowner would be to install our TripleSafe Sump Pump System inside their basement.

If you have a power outage or if either pump fails, the UltraSump Battery Backup System will keep your system running as planned. On a fully charged battery, it can discharge up to 11,500 gallons of water or more! This device prevents your sump pump system from getting backed up and a major from occurring inside your basement. Once these products were installed, the homeowner could relax knowing their home was protected from floods.

This homeowner had concerns about the water & moisture in their basement, so they contacted The Basement Transformer to see how we could help. One section of the basement made of concrete walls and flooring was an unsightly mess and in need of serious repairs. Concrete is porous, which means water can easily find its way through and into a basement. To combat this problem, we installed our CleanSpace Wall System and our CleanSpace Encapsulation System on the floor. 

Both are vapor barriers that are designed to prevent water from entering your home. The CleanSpace Wall System is 100% waterproof and contains anti-microbial protection, which ensures that mold will not form or grow. It is pliable and perfect for covering uneven walls or surfaces, such as the ones pictured below. The CleanSpace Encapsulation System is a durable 20 mil reinforced polymer liner which in addition to preventing moisture, keeps outside air and pests away from your basement. Once our team was done, this section of the basement was totally transformed and protected from water.
