A homeowner in Middletown, NY had a tiny dirt crawl space in their house that they wanted to seal off from the exposed earth. Our specialist proposed covering the crawl space in our CleanSpace Encapsulation System. This 20-mil reinforced polymer liner comes with a 25-year warranty against rips and tears and acts as a vapor barrier inside your crawl space. Its multiple layers of plastic make it flexible and puncture resistant. With this system in place, moisture and water vapor can no longer make their way inside your crawl space. Underneath it, we also installed our drainage matting to give any water coming up through the dirt the ability to move around and to further increase the durability of the CleanSpace Encapsulation System. Once it was done being encapsulated, the homeowner was left with a dry and healthy crawl space!
A homeowner in Middletown, NY had a tiny crawl space underneath their home that needed to be sealed off from the earth. After taking a closer look at the crawl space in person, our transformation specialist proposed that we install our CleanSpace Encapsulation System over top of the crawl space. This product serves as barrier for your crawl space, preventing water vapor from finding its way in. It is made of 20-mil thick plastic, in which the different layers have their own characteristics of flexibility. Two layers of polyester cord reinforcement are used to put it all together, making this liner extremely durable. It also cannot be pulled off the wall or torn because of this design. We paired it with our drainage matting underneath as well to enhance the durability and longevity of the CleanSpace Encapsulation System. It also helps to form a permanent seal over crawl space floors. Together these two products really do make the perfect solution for keeping a crawl space dry and healthy!

Located in Sterling Forest, NY - this homeowner wanted their crawl space to be protected from flooding no matter what the weather could bring throughout all four seasons. We installed one of our sump pump systems for them and added the IceGuard Discharge Line System for additional security. The purpose of the IceGuard is simple – to help your sump pump continue to run smoothly in the event the main line freezes in the winter or becomes clogged. Our crew installed this outside of the home so that water is ejected away from the foundation and does not make its way into the crawl space. Digging out the land to install this discharge line was no easy task, since there was a lot of growth in the way, but our crew got it done. The IceGuard fits over the discharge line and creates a secondary escape route for the water, allowing it to leave through the slotted openings in the event the main line does freeze. Once successfully installed, the homeowner knew their crawl space would be safe from possible flooding during the winter. Their sump pump system would keep working thanks to the IceGuard even during the harsh New York winters.
